Ninja Thai Asian Fusion Restaurant A Prima Vista Blvd. Delicious Food Spot

American Press travel News-Nov. 30th, Port St Lucie, FL.–Bob and Barb “Stopping to Smell the Deliciousness of Exotica Foods” This time at Ninja Thai Fusion Restaurant, a Prima Vista Blvd. delicious food spot!

When you leave our front entrance here at Kings Isle, make a left and head down over the bridge to Prima Vista and go towards US.1 Just before the turn look left and there is this great Asian Fusion Restaurant in that small shopping center. Promise, this Ninja Thai Asian Fusion spot is worth a luncheon or dinner stop. Barb and I really enjoyed our meals here. We jumped all over our mouth watering appetizers. The home made pot stickers made with pork, ginger, white onion and cabbage. Stuffed into pasta wrapper and dipped in ginger sauce it was a double WOW! The spring rolls were obviously home-made great, and then we dove into Pad Thai seafood. Shrimp, lobster and scallops adorned a wonderfully peanut flavored stir fried rice noodles. The green onion and bean sprouts blended with egg made this meal special, indeed. A slice of lime and a tall, green tasty Thai iced tea, had us spoiled. There are so many incredible dishes, that we’d like you to explore this great place and its offerings for yourself, and don’t forget the fried ice cream and Thai donuts, too! 899 E. We Love Ethnic Mom & Pop Restaurants-Today We Tried Mayta’s Peruvian Cuisine

Proud owners and operators of their dream restaurant business, the Velasquez’s posed for a picture for us.

AmericanPressTravelNews-June 5th, Frederick, MD.–Bob & Barb “On the Road Again” & “Stopping to Smell the Roses & Cuisine, this time in Frederick, MD. We met Jorge at the door of his restaurant opened in 2015. Mayta’s Peruvian Cuisine is his and his wife Melissa’s dream come true. Jorge came to the USA from Peru 16-years ago to cook and chef his way to success at a few different restaurants, finally he made the break and with his savings he opened his own restaurant. He came in legally and has created a fine and tasty niche restaurant that locals and visitors alike head to for large portions of dishes that are authentic (no sharing charges, said Jorge) real-world Peruvian specialties. The various ingredients found in the Peruvian hills and glades are used, the spices and flavorings are quite unique to stateside foodies and the dinner and lunch crowd as well. Outdoors there is a fine diminutive outdoor patio and Mayta’s delivers too!  Give a call to 301-732-4441/www.maytacuisine.com  They love to do parties and all manner of catering as well! Located across from Crispy Cream at 5010 Buckeystown Pike.

Passion Fruit juice, the real thing too!  I hadn’t tasted this delight since I was in Tanganyika. Barb knows that between the banana chips, authentic dips, and that starter passion fruit juice, that  I wasn’t going to be happy until I took this image, before I would be at the “tasting.”

Marinated steak Kabobs, authentic Peruvian sweet potato and mountain giant kernel corn. A delightful mustard based seasoned sauce covered the meat and we devoured this balanced and tasty dish in short order.

Our charming waitress. We spoke Spanish together, Barb asked me to translate for her lunch.

Shrimp in garlic with rice and stewed potato’s–loved it!!

La Mezzaluna Cafe in Charles Town Best Food Almost Anywhere America

Best mussels ever! This chef owner knows seafood. And for that matter true Sicilian fare as well! What an appetizer!!!Delicious plus!

Calamari to call home about! Special seasonings and just the right amount of butter. Terrific!

Bow tie pasta and shrimp in a custom sauce creation. You just couldn’t stop eating this creation!!!

Veal Marsala was beyond great! Mushrooms, and sauce created to perfection. The meat was tender and not stringy and tough-just freaking delicious (gained 5-pounds at the place)

AmericanPressTravelNews-June 22, Charles Town, W.VA-Bob & Barb “On the Road Again” and “Stopping to Taste Great Foods.” This time we went to lunch from the Carriage Inn on Donn’s recommendation to La Mezzaluna Cafe. WOW! The offerings were all especially great!! We hit the garlic knot rolls (real garlic, not powder) first and we did the “dipsy doo” in the sauces from the mussels, then the bowtie pasta and shrimps sauces and finally the incredible veal marsala. This place was incredible and then all the law enforcement locals came in. Most were salivating before they even saw the well used menus. Only wish they were in my city in TN. probably have to wait on line, though!!!  La Mezzaluna Cafe “bringing delicacies from all the regions of Italy to your table.”  304-728-0700
