American Press Travel News–March 28th–Bob and Barb On the Road Again dining out, this time at Miraglias Italian Restaurant & Pizza. About every town and city have multiple Italian restaurants. This food spot in Port St Lucie, FL has a secret weapon. Owner Joe knows how to created amazing entree’s, terrific pizzas, garlic rolls to dream about. Joe has more than three decades of experience, that translates to just the right recipes for all the ingredients that make up his tasty offerings. We enjoyed a delicious Antipasto, a Zuppa Di Pesce with firm, fresh shrimp, mussels, clams & Calamari. We also tasted, and took home a special Veal Francese with Linguine. The sauce makes almost all Italian dishes, Joe has the sauce down perfect for anyone’s taste buds. Oh, and those aforementioned rolls or garlic knots. They were a problem; we couldn’t stop eating them. Estella’s Pizzeria Has Primo Italian Specialties
American Press Travel News-October 29th,—-Port St Lucie, FL.–Bob and Barb “On The Road Again” and Stopping to Smell the Pizza’s and entree’s at Estella’s Pizzeria. Who doesn’t love authentic Italian dishes? Well, at Estella’s they are here in abundance, thanks to the Frankel family, and their kitchen and wait crew. Our waitress, Nichole, cook, Nick and Mel helped us try numerous dishes, and one of the best Antipasto salads ever. The dishes such as Shrimp Fra Diavolo, an amazing al dente’ spaghetti dish with Calamari, in gentle Marinara sauce, and a white pizza with Ricotta, mozzarella real garlic, grated cheese and olive oil and lots of home-boxes too! So many choices, such small stomachs! We also had Lobster Tail, a vanilla pudding filled croissant-like dessert and of course we didn’t forget the Connoli, WOW great!! Lefty’s Wings & Grill Excellent Lunch Spot
American Press Travel News–Feb 25th- Lefty’s Wing & Grill- Port St Lucie, FL- Bob and Barb On the Road Again-Stopping to smell the roses and bite some wings—We definitely found the very best chopped garlic wings on the Treasure Coast. We marveled at the taste and texture of wings that had flavors not experienced before. Chicken Cobb salad surprised us as well. The dish was excellent! We also tried a shrimp Quesadilla that had plump, firm large shrimp, onion, cheese and tomato. The large floured tortilla was crisp and obviously home made {no pre-packaging here}.
