We dove into a variety of seafoods from blue claw, to Stone Claw, from steamed Apalachicola’s oysters to Horseshoe Beach clam, great blue crab-claws, and from lobster bites to smash and grab whole blue crabs, and to one of my very favorites soft shelled crabs. We cut to the chase by first tasting Thornton Branch Gator Gumbo replete with some gator chunks, shrimp, Cajun sausage and crab on saffron rice.
