David loves the Keys and Florida lobster on the weekend. Who doesn’t?

American Press Travel News–February 11th,–Islamorada, Florida Keys-David Epstein joined the local professional real estate folks at Coastal. He is working with their team  to assist in all manner of real estate programs. Yes, David is my eldest son, but I only brag on the best people who are “people, people”, Dave loves to work with good peeps. His brother Brian is Captain Key Largo. Dave can find great realty, Brian great fishing opportunities. Both of them were brought up in the Keys, and went to all Upper Keys schools. Their friends are called “Keys Kids”, even though they are all over 50-years old, and the Keys has always been their home. Some left, but the lure of the Keys has brought most of them back. The siren call of the Keys is hard to ignore, it stays in your blood and psyche, forever!

Lets face it: Key real estate is pricy, but great rentals are also available at similar costs to all other water front locations throughout Florida. I love the Keys,I will always treasure the decades my wife Barb and I lived their and brought up our boys with respect and to respect nature and people who also respect the best thing life has to offer. Give Dave a call on his cell phone if you want to sell, or buy, rent, or even for any travel information and specifics about the Keys!  (305) 394 5350 You will love the little fishing and diving village of Islamorada, even just to visit!!

Ninja Thai Asian Fusion Restaurant A Prima Vista Blvd. Delicious Food Spot

American Press travel News-Nov. 30th, Port St Lucie, FL.–Bob and Barb “Stopping to Smell the Deliciousness of Exotica Foods” This time at Ninja Thai Fusion Restaurant, a Prima Vista Blvd. delicious food spot!

When you leave our front entrance here at Kings Isle, make a left and head down over the bridge to Prima Vista and go towards US.1 Just before the turn look left and there is this great Asian Fusion Restaurant in that small shopping center. Promise, this Ninja Thai Asian Fusion spot is worth a luncheon or dinner stop. Barb and I really enjoyed our meals here. We jumped all over our mouth watering appetizers. The home made pot stickers made with pork, ginger, white onion and cabbage. Stuffed into pasta wrapper and dipped in ginger sauce it was a double WOW! The spring rolls were obviously home-made great, and then we dove into Pad Thai seafood. Shrimp, lobster and scallops adorned a wonderfully peanut flavored stir fried rice noodles. The green onion and bean sprouts blended with egg made this meal special, indeed. A slice of lime and a tall, green tasty Thai iced tea, had us spoiled. There are so many incredible dishes, that we’d like you to explore this great place and its offerings for yourself, and don’t forget the fried ice cream and Thai donuts, too! 899 E. Keys Real Estate and Rental Group Trying to Assist After Irma

Los Cayos=(Those Bones) as the Spanish called the Keys Hundreds of years ago!

AmericanPressTravelNews.com-October 1st-Islamorada, FL. Keys–Recently the whole world viewed and anguished over a natural weather and earth set of disasters-namely hurricanes and earthquakes. One hard hit area-the Florida Keys took it on the chin with winds and surges, before Irma headed for the rest of FL., Keys residents received nearly as hard a hit, as the area ever had. Yes, there have been worse storms and far more deaths, as in the 1935 Labor Day disaster that even blew a train off the tracks that linked mainland Florida with all the habitable islands in the Keys chain-over 500 people died in that one. Irma pummeled Puerto Rico, then Harvey slammed a left and right punch, and nearly finished this country of 3.5-million off, which probably will never recover fully.

Taking into consideration there is a need for housing, as so many homes and apartments were damaged and are uninhabitable, at least one group in the small town of Islamorada and surrounding Keys; Coastal Vacation Rentals of The Florida Keys is trying to match locals,  residents and would-be visitors with clean, livable rentals as a bridge, or permanently  for their needs and quiet peace and enjoyment of their lives. David at Coastal Vacation Rentals is doing just that!   I asked David (yes, he’s my son) if he has has weekly, monthly and yearly rentals from traditional island homes and apartments, to some of those local swank homes available as vacation abodes for the highly discriminating vacationers, both Bayside or Oceanside, and inland as well?  Dave told me that “if we don’t have what locals and visitors are in need of, we will find it for them”  David has called Keys home of 40-years. After leaving for military service, he is now transitioning back to the Keys full time, and is working with Coastal Vacation Rentals of the FL Keys. One of his major specialties in the Military was Logistics. Generals and Colonels relied on David and his crews to “gettin er done.” And he never let them down. He is bringing his strengths in Logistics to doing this too, as far as getting it done, for whoever works with him and his team in the keys, as well.

In the military, he knows how to make it happen in disaster, or during quiet times too!. So finding the rental of house, boat and offering full concierge services is a cake-walk for him. Sure I am his father, and who better knows what his son is capable of? I’m sure after Irma’s visit and the fact that he was brought up in the Florida Keys, he knows the ins and outs of the Upper Keys, and has a tremendous support group of others, also brought up in the fabulous Florida Keys, just a keystroke away from helping him, making it happen.  While Hurricane Irma has taken out some of the resorts, David spent time before and after the latest natural disaster both for Keys Emergency Management needs and tourism housing there. It would be is a great opportunity for anyone working with David to hit a homerun in finding whatever their needs are in The keys this year. Be assured the Keys will be more desirable this winter then ever.  Less people, more fish and  perfect, personalized service. NOTE: CURRENTLY DAVID IS DIRECTOR OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT FOR THE UNITED STATE AIR FORCE!

AmericanPressTravelNews–Jan. 21st, Key Largo-Bob and Barb “Stopping to Smell the Roses, Flowers and great foods at Sharkey”s. We first visited the downstairs pub section of active conviviality on the canal, had a beer, chatted with a a few visitors who were on vacation and deeply involved in all things, diving. Heading upstairs overlooking a variety of sailing and power craft in the channel coming and going and moored as well, we ordered a few things from Sharkey’s voluminous menu. All manner of different ethnic dishes as well as the ubiquitous burgers, wings, seafood’s beside the large number of salads, there were chicken enchiladas, seered fishes, tuna items, mahi, and the shrimp-WOW, Sharkey’s knows how to prepare them any way imaginable. To say we liked Sharkey’s would be a large understatement! We loved Sharkey’s!
